About the Role:
The role serves as a key support to the Senior Advisor, actively participating in client engagement activities, including fact finding, solution presentations, and relationship management. It provides hands-on experience in sales support, lead generation, client advisory, as well as operational tasks such as service follow-ups.
Responsibilities:
Conduct client engagement activities (fact finding, solution presentations, discovery meetings).
Manage and maintain client relationships to ensure high service quality and retention.
Support lead generation and prospecting efforts.
Assist senior advisors in sales and client advisory activities (development phase).
Participate actively in concurrent training and real case study exercises.
Meet assigned case closure and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate client documentation within CRM systems.
Assist in operational tasks including onboarding, service follow-ups, and client communications.
Progressively build the skills to become a coach or mentor.
Requirements
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification accepted for Financial Planning professional pathways.
Preferably licensed (CFP, IFP, RFP, Shariah RFP, etc.) or willing to obtain certification.
Skills and Competencies
Strong client communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
High discipline, proactivity, and structured problem-solving ability.
Sales-oriented mindset with ethical practices and client-centric focus.
Strong adaptability and willingness to learn technical advisory knowledge.
Coaching related skills is an added advantage.
· Proficient in Microsoft Documents and Google Work (e.g., Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets).
