refund policy

At Wealth Vantage Advisory Sdn. Bhd, our primary goal is to ensure a satisfactory experience for all our valued clients.

 

If, for any reason, you find yourself unsatisfied with the service provided by our financial planner or are unable to utilize the purchased service, you have the option to request a refund. To initiate a refund request, please send an email to us at hi@wealthvantage.com.my or submit a written request to your assigned financial planner.

 

Terms & Conditions: 

 

a) Claims cannot be filed against each other once the termination date has passed, except in cases of misconduct as outlined by the Securities Commissions (SC), Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM), or Federation of Investment Managers Malaysia (FiMM). Such claims will be subject to investigation, and the outcome of any reported case

 

b) As per financial planning agreement, fees and/or other charges will be calculated in proportion to the work completed in accordance with the terms specified in the Letter of Engagement. Any outstanding fees must be settled immediately.

 

Refunds for sales tax and administration fees will be contingent upon the operational work that has been performed.

 

Wealth Vantage Advisory Sdn Bhd reserves the right to change these terms and conditions, fees and other agreements at any time without prior notice.
